For the purposes of these Terms, the activities carried out on klacer.es include:

Sale, rental, training, and organization of products related to hospitality, events, costumes, shows, and celebrations.

Pérez Cerdá SA does not guarantee compliance with the laws of other countries and declines any responsibility derived from access from outside Spain. 3. PROCESS OF PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION

Registered Users can buy on the Website by following the online purchase, rental, and/or acquisition procedure on klacer.es, adding products to the cart and completing the purchase by clicking "process the order".

The User will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order. They will also be notified when their purchase is shipped. This information may also be available in their personal space on the Website.

Once the purchase procedure is completed, the User will receive an electronic invoice by email or may request a paper copy through customer service.

The User acknowledges knowing the specific conditions of sale for each product or service, which include name, price, features, mode of provision, and additional costs. Placing the order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Pérez Cerdá SA is the manufacturer of the products sold on klacer.es, although it makes great efforts to ensure the accuracy of the displayed information. However, packaging and materials may contain additional information that the User should consider.

Transactions will be archived and stored in Pérez Cerdá SA's computerized records, ensuring compliance with the applicable safety and legal regulations.

4. AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability and the absence of circumstances of force majeure that prevent the supply. In case of lack of stock, the User will be contacted for a refund of any amount paid.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the Website are in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless the regulations state otherwise. Shipping costs are included in the final prices.

The accepted payment methods are: credit or debit card and bank transfer. If the bank entity does not authorize the payment, Pérez Cerdá SA will not be responsible for delays or lack of delivery.

Orders with payment by bank transfer will be reserved for 5 calendar days. If the system does not receive the transfer within that period, the order will be canceled.

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries of products purchased on klacer.es will be made within the territory of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), except in extraordinary circumstances or force majeure situations that may affect the supply.

Orders will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

If for any reason attributable to klacer.es the delivery date cannot be met, the User will be informed and will have the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new date or canceling the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

If delivery is impossible due to the absence of the User, the order may be returned to the warehouse. A notice will be left with instructions for a new delivery or for pickup at a designated point. If the order is not delivered after 30 days for reasons not attributable to klacer.es, it will be considered that the User has canceled the contract and the amount paid will be refunded, deducting shipping and return costs.

The User acquires ownership of the products when klacer.es receives the full payment and delivers them to the specified address.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

Before completing the order, the User can modify and correct any errors in the information entered through the editable fields in the purchase platform. If an error is detected after confirming the purchase, the User must contact klacer.es as soon as possible to attempt to correct it.

8. RETURNS

The User has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without justification, except in cases established by current regulations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify their decision to klacer.es by email or through the contact form available on the Website.

The refund will include all payments received, including shipping costs, except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a shipping method different from the standard. It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. The User will bear the return costs.

9. WARRANTIES

The products sold on klacer.es have a two-year legal warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects. To use the warranty, the User must contact customer service and provide proof of the defect.

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Klacer.es will not be responsible for:

• Losses not attributable to its non-compliance.
• Business losses such as lost profits or indirect damages.
• Failures in the availability of the Website due to maintenance or technical problems beyond klacer.es's control.

11. COMMUNICATIONS

The User agrees that most communications with klacer.es will be electronic. Notifications will be valid if sent to the email address provided by the User.

12. NULLITY

If any clause of these Terms is declared null, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals
